WHERE CAN WE SET UP AN INFLATABLE?
The best and safest location to set up an inflatable would be an open and level grassy area, away from power lines and other obstacles; but we can set up on any level surface if required.
HOW MUCH SPACE WILL I NEED?
An area of 6mx7m is needed to accommodate the castle and blower.
WHAT POWER SUPPLY DO WE NEED?
To keep your guests jumping we will need a standard 3 point plug within 50 meters of the castle (if this is not possible then a petrol generator can be supplied but there will be a small additional cost to pay for the petrol).
DO YOU KEEP IT PLUGGED IN ONCE IT IS INFLATED?
Yes, once the power is turned off the unit will deflate. Please keep the power on, from delivery to pick up time, in order to prevent damaging the castle.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CLEANING, DELIVERY, SET UP AND REMOVAL?
Our castles are cleaned before each event. Delivery set up and dismantling within a radius of 25 miles are included. Please contact us for a quote if outside of this area.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?
We take an initial deposit of £50.00 to secure the date, the full balance must be paid 28 days prior to the event.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If the weather conditions forecast mean that you would like to cancel the booking, you have up to 24 hours beforehand to do so for a full refund.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A SUPERVISOR?
Yes, a member of staff can also be supplied for an additional fee, please contact us for details.
